Traceability 27 January 2015 Ground Flat Stock Late last year we decided that we wanted to improve our product for all of our customers. Historically, we have never been able to offer the exact material certificate for any of our ground flat stock and gauge plate that we have manufactured, we have just issued a general certificate of conformity. However we believe that in this day and age you should know exactly what material you are purchasing! That is why we have begun to label all of our new production with a 9 digit number. This number represents the cast number used at the mill to manufacture our raw material. So we can now tell you exactly what is in your ground flat stock and gauge plate, and we are the only UK manufacturer who can offer this service!
